Experienced sports coach in the school’s sector. Specialising in Rugby Union (Level 3) and Cricket (Level 2) but comfortable delivering in many sports. Always looking for innovative ways to deliver physical education/sports clubs to challenge and energise participants. Currently Team Co-ordinator for Active Trowbridge. I am very adaptable and always trying to create positive learning environments for students and staff. Within my role I further demonstrate my adaptive leadership skills, where I am primarily responsible for the day-to-day schedules for the large team of sport coaches. I further demonstrated my management and leadership skills in rugby environments where I have experience as Team Manager for D&W RFU U17s, 18s & 20s as well as England South West U20s. In my spare time I also coach in grassroots and performance rugby environments including Bath Rugby DPP and Trowbridge RFC. This allows me to explore differing coaching techniques and learning environments.
