Handle a group of merchandisers for Key Account (Nestle Phils.). Administer and supervise an average of forty merchandisers assigned at various supermarkets within Metro Manila areas. Maintain and deploy a 100% well-trained manpower pool and on-time deployment to meet client's requirement based on agreed deployment schedule.Monitor and implement strict adherence to In-Call Execution (ICE), ensure Visibility Program Mechanics are followed and displays are being implemented according to Trade Standard and it is 95% full. Maintain proper product hygiene with the use of FEFO/FIFO system, monitor productive use of POP/POS materials and on-time execution of in-store promotional activities.Update Key Account Manager (KAM) on status of merchandising execution, issues and opportunities on trade that might be helpful in improving the business.
