- Project manager for a variety of clinical IT projects in the UK and China, including delivering a new Mental Health system, assuring and rolling out the national Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) functionality to GP users, and delivering a localised version of SystmOne to the Chinese market.- Requirements gathering and gap analysis, meeting customers directly to understand and map their workflows, then working to deliver software that improves patient care and helps staff to work more efficiently.- Functional expert for clinical software SystmOne responsible for making configuration changes to keep the system in line with national specifications, such as annually creating reports and data entry templates for the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), a payment by results system for GPs. Also responsible for testing changes to the system and writing training documentation.- Managing customer relationships as part of a small team of analysts, representing the company at customer forums, dealing with complaints and seeing them through to a resolution, and troubleshooting on site with customers. - Acted as the direct contact for TPP to the SystmOne national user group committee (SNUG), working to maintain strong relationships with the committee members to enhance the image of the company with its customers. Held regular meetings with the committee to understand the views and priorities of customers across all areas of the NHS, negotiating and representing the interests of the company.- Organised the annual SystmOne National User Group (SNUG) conference alongside the Marketing department and SNUG committee. Represented the company at the 2 day conference by giving presentations to groups of 30-50 people, as well as meeting one-to-one with attendees throughout to discuss their feedback and concerns.- Worked alongside the Accounts department to secure multi-million pound tenders by writing detailed functional responses.
