Afinitiv LLC is an AI-powered Investment Advice firm in Nevada, USA. We use AI to inform our investment process from identification of risks and opportunities, through to security selection.

I worked with a portfolio of large corporate agribusiness lending clients, with a focus on complex credit structuring and transaction analysis. Additionally, I participated in the various Artificial Intelligence working groups, contributing to overall AI strategy for the bank. I left to focus on business opportunities.

The BRCC was formed to promote the interests of local businesses and to form meaningful connections between business and the broader community.

Transitioned my established book of financial advice clients into a separate business, with a focus on leveraging technology to reduce barriers in the advice process. Exited in 2021.

I was invited to the board to contribute to overall strategy.

I co-founded Energex Resources Pty Ltd and Energex Metals LLC in order to capitalise on opportunities in the energy and metals businesses within the United States. We secured beneficial ownership of a number of highly prospective coal, oil & gas tenements in Arkansas and Kentucky. We also secured the management rights for - and option-to-acquire Riverside Metals LLC; a metals recycling and barge-breaking business in Belle Chasse, Louisiana.

I co-founded Dyne Origin LLC in order to pursue corporate advisory opportunities in Mongolia. I consulted on various major projects and assembled a consortium to bid on the US$950m TPP5 tender, consisting of WorleyParsons Ltd, Babcock & Wilcox Co. and Chinese EPC, Sepco III. Alongside the senior management team of Mongolia's oldest conglomerate (Genco Group), I advised on a range of major investments in the minerals and energy sectors. This included financial analysis, project valuation, structural analysis and negotiation with key stakeholders.

We pioneered a number of technologies in the design and construction of luxury motor yachts, culminating in the construction of the Secret Harbour 46; a 46 foot high speed luxury yacht, which was both lightweight and economical (traveled from Sydney to Perth on one tank of fuel). Financing was derived from the principals, local investors, municipal incentives (US) and federal research and development rebates (Australia).

Retail change management in the largest bank expansion in Australian history. Initiatives included new deposit products (Zero) and customer/broker engagement. I liaised with IT specialists, heads of division and represented the bank on a government panel to implement new reguulation in banking and finance.

Working to serve the banking needs of medium to large enterprise, with total debt limits of between $10m and $50m.
