Appointed as Executive Director – Intellipharm in 2014, I was responsible for the daily operations, sales and financials of Intellipharm - a Data and IT solutions business. I have 24 years’ experience in the pharmacy industry across retail, wholesale, supply, franchise development and IT. I joined the Symbion business in 2004 to help grow the retail franchise brands, before moving into the wholesale side of the business until becoming National Manager for the independent retail pharmacy program – Pharmacy Choice.At Intellipharm I successfully lead the team to create a business structured to expand and grow into new markets.The business grew over 3 times since taking over and launched a range of new products into new markets including NZ.The team built the tools and services to create better outcomes for the customer and the business, based on industry experience and networks.I managed the people and business through sales, business development, building and implementation of Business Intelligence tools, Loyalty and Data services- all key components of making positive and constructive business decisions.Intellipharm provide these solutions, primarily in the pharmacy industry across the whole supply chain.I focused on the needs of the customer and aligned that to business capabilities and strategy to engage and grow profit.

SmartMorph was a division of Intellipharm, designed to help people with their data architecture through BI consulting and training services. Partnering with Tableau and having qualified staff to promote and initiate best in market BI services for any industry, SmartMorph proved to be a service suited to many businesses.

Manage the P&L and total Operations for Australia's largest retail program for independent pharmacy.Working across the operations, marketing, slaes and merchandise teams to achieve the key objectives of providing the retail tools and services to over 700 independent retail pharmacies, which are all aimed at supporting our members provide the best health outcomes and service to their community.

Working with and leading a team of 50 dedicated staff has enabled the program to grow to over 700 members, with sales growth consistently proving to be greater than the market average proves the program success.
