Management of the strategic direction and business unit for the overall markets / countries (United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland and Germany). Full P&L responsibility for region in order to achieve the business volume, value and brand equity in the differing markets. Working closely with the Global Leadership Team to direct and drive the overall business strategies. Management and directly overseeing Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance functions. Reporting directly into the CEO.

The General Manager has overall responsibility for the achievements of the businesses volume, value and profit for the Brand portfolio in the UK, ROI & RSA. Directly accountable for the P&L and EBIDTA for Merisant in these geographioes. Reporting directly into the CEO. Working in collaboration and directly overseeing the Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR and Supply Chain, to deliver against all business key objectives.

The BUD has overall responsibility for the achievements of the businesses volume, value and profit for the UK, ROI and RSA. Reporting directly into the Senior Vice-President Managing Director EAME. Working in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR and Supply Chain to deliver against all business key objectives.

Responsible for the UK's Grocery Retail sector.

Responsible for the UK's Cash & Carry, Retail and Delivered convenience sector.
