Representative for the PA & CDBG-DR Programs with FEMA, Dept. of Homeland Security & HUD; Liaison with local governmental entities including Dept. of Local Affairs, Boulder Collaborative, Town of Lyons Board of Trustees, and other partners.

Manged Drinking Water and Clean Water projects including administration of grants and loans from the State Revolving Fund and State funded emergency allocations.

Director of Facilities Management Services responsible for management of over 7 million square feet of space located on 16 sites with a talented staff of 19 professionals and budgetary responsibility for over $60 Mil. Responsible for capital construction, controlled maintenance, project management, design and construction, historic preservation, budgeting, land development, strategic and long range planning, stakeholder and client relations, tenant development, scheduling, real estate, leases, water, waste water, maintenance, environmental services, and special projects. Projects included: Re-purpose of Fort Lyon; Ambulatory Surgical Center at DRDC; Historic Preservation of the Ranch House and Chapel in Buena Vista, Energy Performance Contracts (EPC's) statewide; Headquarters Tenant Finish and Relocation; Security Projects; Statewide Energy Efficiency Initiatives for LED Lighting, Solar Arrays, and Water Conservation.

State Delegate for the State Architect and Manager of the Capital Construction & Controlled Maintenance programs for the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). Project Manager for multiple complex projects including the Colorado National Guard Campus in Grand Junction, High Altitude Aviation Training Site (HAATS) Infrastructure and Renovation at the Eagle Airport, Headquarters Renovations, Site Security Improvements, and Tenant Finish Program. Managed the State side State and Federal projects including contracts, procedures, and served as the Code Compliance Administrator.
