While I didn't pursue formal IT education, my passion for bridging the gap between business and technology blossomed during my involvement in various IT projects. This ignited my drive to deliver high-value solutions that maximize benefits.Throughout my career, I have accumulated extensive experience in managing complex projects encompassing process analysis, data migrations, and successful implementation of innovative software solutions. The different roles I had in organizations throughout my professional career have exposed me to collaborations with software engineers and a diverse range of stakeholders on the business side up to C-level executives. With over 15 years of experience in the Dutch insurance industry, I have honed my expertise working with insurance brokers and MGEs. In addition to my extensive background in the insurance sector, I had the privilege of serving on the works council of an organization that pursued a robust buy-and-build strategy. During this time, we successfully executed over 30 acquisitions in the Netherlands and Belgium and grew from 500 to 1.600 employees within 3 years. A key strength of mine is my ability to connect with people across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and building valuable relationships.
