Ruim 20 jaar geleden ben ik begonnen in de IT en via verschillende functies doorgegroeid naar mijn huidige functie als hands-on manager van een Global Desktop Engineering team en de rol van Desktop Architect. Mijn kwaliteit is het leiding geven aan- en samenwerken met- multidisciplinaire teams. Door mijn gedegen, energieke en authentieke stijl vinden collega’s het prettig om met me samen te werken. Centraal hierbij staat een open en eerlijke communicatie met mijn omgeving. Het delen van kennis is voor mij ook een belangrijke factor voor een succesvol team. Ik ben succesvol als ook de collega's in mijn team succesvol zijn of kunnen zijn. Verder zou ik mezelf willen omschrijven als kwaliteitsbewust, analytisch sterk, proactief en als een communicatief sterke teamplayer die overzicht houdt in complexe situaties.
