This is a one-year learning-by-doing and leading experience as Director of Project Management for the Student-Led Association (COSAR) at the University of Rwanda, College of Medicine and Health Sciences (UR-CMHS). During this experience, I was exposed to learning more about planning and executing community-based projects that focused on solving community health problems as the primary intervention across different health backgrounds. Skills and experience gained not only improved my knowledge and background in Project design, problem-solving, and turning ideas into innovation but also explored the role of teamwork as a key to success.
