Created/led a diverse 2,000-person aircraft centric logistics network operating within the Pacific Rim--tasked to accomplish aerial port operations, routine maintenance, and command and control of over 23,000 aircraft (military/commercial) annually in support of the global transportation operations/requirements for the Department of Defense. •Established Air Mobility Command’s most widely dispersed Air Operations Wing…provided leadership to operations, personnel, logistics, financial, and support functions for 26 locations within 9 foreign countries.•Executed an annual operating budget of $54 million while administering $780 million in real property assets. •Lean Six Sigma Champion--led efforts to dramatically reshape the air distribution hub supporting Korea and Japan…resulted in $11 million annual savings for the command.

Led start-up 700-person emergency management/response organization designed to open and operate airfields under austere, challenging conditions in support of the Department of Defense’s Global mission. •Accountable for an operating budget of $12.2 million and $59 million of assets/equipment…flawless processes led to securing an additional 10% in operating funds for enhanced life-saving equipment.

Liaison/advisor to U.S. senior military leaders assigned to the Republic of Korea. Developed, articulated, and advocated United States Transportation Command’s position on operational plans/issues affecting U.S. national security objectives within and for the Republic of Korea and surrounding countries.
