I named the product, developed brand and positioning, logo and visual identity, marketing strategy and planning, website development and D2C e-commerce platform, email flow and segmentation, social strategy, and contributed to product development and R&D. We also appeared on ABC's Shark Tank on October 20th, 2019, generating tremendous interest and sales.

Led and directed internal Brand, Creative, Social and PR teams. Directed a collaboration with agency resources on a full top to bottom Clearcover rebrand including: New logo and visual identity development, repositioning and strategy, messaging hierarchy and communication pillars, and rollout across all company channels including B2B and B2C. Built a full service internal creative team including Copywriters, Art directors, Designers, Video Producer and Project Management. Initiatives included new market launch strategies and activations, website redesign and content testing, B2B positioning and collateral, and social media strategy and content.

Led an internal team including Creative, Brand, PR, and Trade/B2B. Projects include brand strategy, identity and development, marcom, new market launch strategies and activations, partnerships and promotions, out of home, radio, video, social content, and internal comms including new business materials, investor relations and partnership presentations.

Built and led a creative team responsible for a complete rebrand and repositioning of the Nation's largest tutoring network. Responsible for creating new brand identity, new positioning and language, site and app redesign, SEM and landing page design and testing, marketing campaigns and innovation.

Drove the creative direction for all consumer and restaurant facing brand initiatives, and managed creative and brand teams in Chicago and NYC. Led teams and agencies on brand development and refresh, created national TV spots including a 2015 Super Bowl spot, out-of-home and display advertising, social media content and promotions, trade communications, experiential and event marketing. I also led our creative teams on 2 acquisitions, GrubHub's S-1 filing, IPO Roadshow materials and video, and successful IPO.

Directed a group of 15 creatives on 17 different clients including Xbox, The North Face, Applebee’s, Coca-Cola, Bacardi, Sharpie, Office Depot, Microsoft, Chevron, Goodyear, Sears, Butterball, Virgin Atlantic, Craftsman, Qwest, Bonefish Grill and Burger King.
