I am actively delivering strategic support to elected officials, non-profits, and government agencies, on a national, state, and local level. Providing clients with government relations strategy, policy analysis, community engagement, political and advocacy campaign strategy, messaging, and securing earned media events to support key policy initiatives. I also provide political analysis for television news networks on the national political landscape and its impact on the black and brown community.

As a Partner, I pitch array services and provide guidance on messaging, target demographics, and data. I also effectively leverage a diverse and widespread network of personal and professional contacts to enhance the company’s profile and develop the company as a leading peer-to-peer texting and IVR survey platform in the political sphere.One of my contributions is as follows:~ Collaborated with a dynamic team of software engineers and data analysts to develop texting and IVR survey platform for various political, healthcare, corporate, and governmental entities.

During this tenure, I established a vision and provided strategic direction for the campaign’s national organizing and training program. I formulated a departmental budget to support seamless management and successful program completion. As a National Organizing Director/Senior Adviser, I collaborated with senior leadership and designed a comprehensive and inclusive strategy while focusing on organizational leadership, messaging, operations fundraising, and strategy. I also provided support as an invaluable senior leadership team member, where I managed the Principal’s earned media events, policy formulation, and relationship management with stakeholders, elected officials, and key constituency groups.

As a Senior Advisor, I advised the candidate on national policy, debate prep, and political endorsements. I methodically planned and implemented a national surrogate program for earned media events to amplify candidate and campaign messaging. One notable contribution is that I built and implemented a statewide field program, resulting in a 47% voter turnout in a special election runoff.

In this role, I developed and delivered a statewide field strategy for a coordinated campaign to elect Democrats in Maryland’s mid-term elections. My duties included interviewing and hiring staff, training and leadership development, and data analysis. Below are some notable contributions: I devised the GOTV field strategy and succeeded in 22 out of 24 counties while gaining the Democratic Party’s nomination. Secured over 1M votes resulting in the third-highest vote total for a gubernatorial candidate in state history

As Senior Consultant to the first African-American woman elected to the Massachusetts Congressional Delegation, my main objective was restructuring the campaign's voter engagement/ voter turnout strategy. This initiative successfully won against a 10-year incumbent in the Democratic primary.

I developed and rolled out a metrics-driven field strategy for a volunteer-driven campaign for the Mayoral race in the city of Birmingham. I contributed to the professional development of staff through training on how to effectively build, organize and execute an effective voter turnout program. Below is one of my contributions:Delivered a winning GOTV program catalyzing the defeat of a 3-term incumbent Mayor.

I singlehandedly designed and implemented a strategy for ten States in the southeast region. I methodically recruited, sustained, and mobilized key stakeholders, volunteer leaders, and voters for the launch of a presidential campaign. I organized principal and surrogate trip events, attracting thousands of attendees and extensive media coverage.A few of my contributions are listed below:~ Reversed the political landscape of four significant counties in Metro Atlanta.~ Created a grassroots strategy and lowered the 2012 loss margin by 100,000 votes.~ Implemented a system and achieved four out of five most enormous margins of victory during the Democratic Presidential Primary.

I supported seamless communication between elected officials and key community leaders, constituency groups, and organizations. I ideated, developed, and integrated political program recommendations for campaign strategy in the areas of political, field, communications, and finance. I ensured effective statewide execution of the organization's political outreach program while managing all aspects of the program, including campaign events, constituency groups, volunteer leaders, donors, key stakeholders, and activists.

I effectively managed state digital program, creating, sharing, and posting national/state content for state social media accounts (Facebook 12,600+ likes/Twitter 10,000+ followers). I organized and led staff and volunteers throughout Georgia in the many areas of grassroots organizing, including issue advocacy, earned media, training, organization building, political outreach, constituency outreach, digital organizing, data management, and resource management. I formulated state plans, strategies, and training programs for 300+ volunteers; I managed 15 fellows and coordinated activities between Atlanta and Savannah chapters as well.

While working for the “Obama for America” campaign as Field Director, I formed and executed state field strategy for a volunteer-driven campaign related to the re-election efforts of the Obama/Biden administration. I Increased volunteer teams and developed volunteer leaders on organizing effectively within a community, managing a state budget, and securing additional satellite offices. Served as an organizer on the Kaiser Permanente Union Drive, which was the largest union membership drive to date. Duties consisted of turf management, home visits, site management, GOTV organizing. Participated in daily training, messaging overview and analysis of field and leadership activities.

Advocated for reproductive and comprehensive health care at both state and federal level. Monitored and lobbied state legislation key to the organization's mission, goals, and progressive campaigns. Organized and operated organizations weekly citizens lobbying program; conducted training for volunteers and supporters of the organization and its partnering coalition on how to effectively lobby their elected official, also served on the organizations political candidate endorsement committee.

Increased organizations supporter and volunteer involvement as well as petitioned 3,000 Georgians to support healthcare reform in favor of the organizations constituency. Coordinated organizations events, community outreach, grassroots initiatives in reference to sexual and reproductive health.

Used organizing skills to help persuade voters to support Greg Hecht for Lt. Governor of Georgia. Operated grassroots initiative for state wide campaign, coordinated and distributed campaign materials statewide, orchestrated logistical operations for all campaign trail tours.
