- Responsible for the successful and timely implementation of the new IT and telephony systems in several new regional call centres for UK Government’s DWP. - Managed the 3rd party suppliers of the IT/telephony services on behalf of the DWP. - Coordination between the software development teams within EDS and the site Support Officer to enable the software to be deployed at site in time for go-live.
