As an educator, I am realizing the importance of integrating technology into the classroom. I have read articles on the importance of using Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest in the classroom. Staying connected with other teachers, students, and parents is crucial in today's society. I find that staying connected online with other educators is important in gaining knowledge and insights from other educators. Participating in twitter chats, and sharing your knowledge with others is important, and gaining knowledge from others is so essential in becoming a better educator.
