Richard is responsible for directing a client group in the delivery of brand strategy plans that focus on achieving transformational growth for Propaganda’s clients.A seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience of both consumer and business-to-business marketing across a wide range of disciplines, including advertising, direct marketing and online. His client experience includes brands such as Bentley Motor Cars, Seven Seas Healthcare, The DVLA, Spear & Jackson and Green Flag Group.A focused individual, he is very much a people person and strives to develop strong business relationships that are founded on mutual respect and a commitment to open and honest communication.Richard’s interest in marketing began at university, and after finishing his degree he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (Marketing) at Teesside Business School in 1991, and gained his Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in the same year.He joined Propaganda as an Account Director in 2002, and was promoted to Group Account Director in 2007 thanks to his ability to develop and drive client results. In 2008 he was invited to become a Director and shareholder of the company.Not your typical marketer, Richard’s dry sense of humour, passion and tenacity are key elements of his personality. Similarly, his professional achievements very much define his determined approach, and include winning four Management Consultancies Association Gold Awards and a Commendation as part of the Propaganda team. He is also an accredited member of the CIM and has completed a number of IPA courses, including Legal Regulations and the Personnel Development Programme.
