Responsible for providing , on-site financial management support to B/E Aerospace’s Thermal & Power Management manufacturing operations. Also assisted segment management in the development of operations finance strategies, goals, and objectives, and serves as a resource/consultant to site and business unit operations in various aspects of management accounting and financial analysis.• Ensure General Managers and functional leaders received financial reports and analysis that provide a sound basis for decision making guidance in all areas of finance including, capital investment, make vs. buy and commercial issues.• Worked with corporate and business unit staff in the development of operations accounting and finance policies and procedures associated with lean manufacturing and world-class distribution and supply chain activities.• Provided leadership to site and business unit operations in various aspects of management accounting and financial analysis.• Lead manufacturing accounting and finance process standardization initiatives.• Responsible for the Segment’s financial planning, analysis and reporting, including the preparation and analysis of financial and management reports for Segment and Corporate executives; coordination, compilation and review of annual strategic and operating plan and administration of monthly forecasting process.• Ensured monthly reports were available in a timely manner for local, senior and top management review.• Coordinated monthly/quarterly forecasts to ensure a clear variance analysis for management review and MD & A.
