UEHK Ltd. spearheads the development and implementation of Manila Bay Resort, a casino and resort property in the Philippines.

Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment Inc., a direct subsidiary of Universal Entertainment Corporation, spearheads the Development of the largest project in the Philippines to date, the "Manila Bay Resort", an integrated Casino, Hotel and Resort development in Entertainment City, Manila, Philippines.This 45-hectare Development comprises of Two 5-Star Hotels and One Upscale Hotel. Casino Zones, Restaurant Outlets, Retail Shops, Executive Club, Spa and Residential Towers. All these facilities will be interconnected by a Central Glass Corridor with a Water Feature offering dynamic and spectacular water shows. Another landmark will be the 100 meter diameter Glass Dome facing Manila Bay water-front which will house an indoor Beach Club that can host a maximum standing capacity of about 6,000.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:• Responsible for ensuring that assigned Project is delivered to Customers with the highest Construction Quality, within the committed Time and approved Budget.• Responsible in evaluating and monitoring status of Projects in terms of physical accomplishments (construction stage)/quality, budget/cost and schedule.• Responsible in resolving design and construction issues.• Provides Technical inputs to Project Team during conceptual, design and construction stages of the Project.• Interpret key business and financial information that impacts business unit decisions.• Tracks and reviews performance against pre-defined performance metrics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Concurrent Head – Procurement & Materials Management Division• Management of early supplier involvement in specification development and product design through cross-functional teams• Develop strategic supplier alliance with goal of reducing total supply chain cost and maximizing end customer service• Assessment of all Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), both direct and indirect, that involves goods or services over its useful life.• Maintain a business orientation, bottom-line focus to leverage volume by category.• Identify strategic categories and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.• Develop and update commodity purchasing for major categories• Continuously monitor threats and opportunities in the supply markets• Participate in the corporate strategic planning process• Supervise accreditation process of new vendors (MRO & Project Requirement)• Over-all management of Contract Packaging for Project based requirements.• Periodical review of supply agreement clauses for goods and services.Department Head for Engineering – (AEDD) ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN DIVISIONA. Administrative Functions:1. Overseeing of proper preparation and implementation of Architectural Department’s annual budget allocation.2. Implementation of company rules and regulations in his area of responsibility.3. Establishment and implementation of department policies, programs of work and sets of priorities.4. Delegation and monitoring of workload and attendance to work related problems and concerns.5. Holding of regular meetings (within and involving other departments) to assure constant guidance and coordination.6. Preparation and checking of all outgoing administrative documents including memoranda and correspondences.7. Attendance to all incoming correspondences and delegation of the necessary responses / actions.8. Appraise the performance of his staff and recommend good performers for promotions and career advancement.
