Hired in as a field service engineer, was quickly given the task of service coordinator, worked to build a team up to a gross income of 1.2mill a year. Worked with onboarding new customers and helped to retain existing customers in a competitive machine tool third party market. Learned to work on a diverse line of equipment (very fun) worked on most of the reputable machine tool builders in the cnc industry, but heavy on fanuc controls.

Develop electrical interface content for CNC machine integration as well as EDM integration. Developed fully integrated solutions for Single axis rotary work heads, and duel axis rotary tilt tables. Developed electronic chuck controls, TSC electrical interfaces, Mist collector interfaces, Safety gate guarding, Coolant tank interfaces, external control panels, and other miscellaneous design work. Mostly hardware design. I set up configured, and tuned the rotary work heads as well, Mitsubishi drives.

Worked with design engineering to develop custom machines for fully integrated customer machining solutions. Worked on machine build, configuration and runoff for customers before final approval on projects.

Specialized in machine and cell installation. Worked as a national Service engineer with about 95% travel. Installed and assisted with startup on general production machines. Set up 5th axis machines and dialed them in for Tool Center Point, or Dynamic Fixture Offset. Worked heavily on the fanuc controls and integrated aftermarket options into machines
