Richard is the Managing Director of SW Bruce & Co. Ltd; a family owned and managed building refurbishment company, currently turning over © £20m per annum.Richard has over 30 years’ experience within the building industry and a wealth of knowledge in all sectors of the commercial markets.As well as managing the growth strategy for, and commercial development of, SW Bruce, Richard maintains a hands-on role with his teams and clients, overseeing the project management and delivery of major building refurbishments.Concentrating on a portfolio of commercial clients comprising high street retail chains, public house chains, leisure sector outlets, NHS Trusts and City Surveyors, Richard actively manages key client relationships and takes ultimate responsibility for the financial aspects of the company’s tendering processes. A keen sportsman, Richard turns his hand to skiing, golf, shooting and boating and enjoys a variety of spectator sports including rugby, football and motor sport and horse racing
