Some past and present services include:• Contract reliability engineering services for the commissioning and start-up of Suncor Energy Inc.'s, Firebag Stage 4 project. Primary activities included performing client acceptance inspections of OTSG’s, HRSG’s, pressure vessels and tanks, to facilitate acceptance of this equipment by Suncor Energy Inc.• Contract QA Inspection Services and performing In-Service Inspections of boilers and pressure vessels as defined by, and meeting the requirements of the Suncor QA-IMS for Suncor Energy's Firebag and Mackay River In-situ SAGD operations. Supporting Suncor engineering departments, providing repair advice and QA oversight for repairs performed on OTSG’s, HRSG’s, pressure vessels and heat exchangers.• Authored Quality Control Manuals for a number of Pulp and Paper mills in British Columbia, for the repair and alteration of pressure equipment, and trained management, engineering and supervisory staff, in the implementation and execution of quality control programs for pressure equipment.• Integrated UAV's for aerial inspections of flare stacks, pipelines and industrial infrastructure. Atli operates UAV's (drones) under the provisions of a Special Flight Operations Certificate (SFOC) issued by Transport Canada.

Promoted through a series of positions of increasing responsibility, to the corporate role of Regulatory Programs Specialist. In this role, provided code compliance, risk assessment, and materials and integrity management support to operations, production and facilities’ managers, at 4 pulp and paper mills in BC. Pertinent assets included 2 recovery boilers, 6 power boilers, 3 steam-turbine generators, 1,148 pressure vessels, 36 elevating devices, several hundred pieces of overhead lifting equipment, and site-wide fire detection and suppression systems at each of the 4 plants.Achievements include developing an Integrity Management System and authoring a Quality Control Manual for Catalyst Paper Port Alberni Division. This manual supports a Class 'A' Contractor Licence which authorizes this plant to perform repairs and alterations on boilers and pressure vessels, and to construct pressure piping systems, in accordance with the Provincial Act and Regulations, and in conformance with applicable ASME and NBIC Codes and Standards.Other key roles, most of which were carried over from previously held positions, included project management, maintenance supervision and corporate liaison to underwriters.
