1. Promote SAP existing and new products, identify and develop opportunities, coordinate/support marketing activities, and service existing customers business unit requirements. 2. Support Global Account Director with new product ideas and identify innovation opportunities in response to current and future customer needs. 3. Work closely with and provide assistant to Global Account Director, Program Managers and other technical personnel on quotes, proposals and in: identifying teaming partners, resolving customer problems and developing business projections for the assigned customer requirements. 4. Support new business development initiatives, attend meetings, seminars, symposiums and shows; detail customer organizations including identification of influencers and decision-makers. 5. Assist in developing IT strategic plans, identifying required new capabilities, providing feedback on products, industry trends and customer needs, and fostering partnerships and teaming with key staff to support successful proposal bids. 6. Support Global Account Director with customer proposals including analysis of software and service RFP7. Support Global Account Director with the development and maintaining an awareness of customer agreements and technical data licenses in the assigned business units. 8. Provide recommendations and assist in the sharing of SAP marketing communications materials, including videos, brochures, advertising, news releases, presentations and promotional items.
