Looking forward to my new challenge

Currently manage one of the top closing teams since transferring to Jacksonville in October 2013. Presently working on projects in regards to new RESPA/TILA requirements and processes. Previously managed the day to day operations of the CBNA closing unit of 64 closers in Las Vegas, ensuring that all company and governmental policies are adhered to and that loans are closed in such a way to maximize the number of saleable loans while minimizing the number of deals that must be kept as portfolio loans. Manage the NRGC loan process (National Retail Global Community) as well as the Affluent 34 program ( Citibank clients with minimum of $1million in relationship money with Citibank). Interview, hire, train and council personnel as well as supervisors within the CBNA team setting. Manage and work in project settings in regards to current RESPA issues as well as upcoming technical changes within our system. Travel to other Citibank sites to train other Citibank managers and teams as necessary. Constant interaction and policy development with senior management to assure Citbanks continuing compliance to existing federal regulations as well as preparing for future changes.
