I am currently dealing with Epos Installations, sole responsibility for the implementation of a Network Time Protocol Server and involved in new PCI Compliance set-up. I was also responsible for the support rotas as the business operated a 24 hr support desk. Team Training and progression was also my responsibility. I also spent 2 years developing a new training course for customers and was involved in the initial deployment and delivery to the customers.
