The project earned the "Best Innovation" award at the Amadeus Global Awards.Supervised a team focussed on self-service kiosk check-in technology, enhancing operational efficiency and the passenger experience. Recruited and guided two Agile Transformation Coaches, working with six engineering departments to establish agile practices in Scrum and Kanban. Launched and Agile Community of Practice to foster alignment and continuous improvement.

Launched the AlteaDCS Product with Qantas as Amadeus's first customer. Seconded to Amadeus's Sydney office to lead local engineering and operations teams, ensuring a smooth deployment and successful launch. Collaborated with Qantas stakeholders to manage launch plans, SLOs, problems and incident management. Collaborated with engineering teams in London, Nice & Bangalore to prioritise fixes and improvements.

Joined Amadeus to build a state-of-the-art SaaS Departure Control (DCS) system from inception.Recruited and established the Java development team from scratch. Led team formation, technical architecture, operational processes, and UI design. Developed a user-centred, UX. design process. Conducted workshops with airline users to gather insights and validate designs.Delivered working software for essential airport operations including check-in, document verification, baggage handling and boarding.Collaborated with over 200 engineers across the UK, France, Australia and India to plan, roadmap and continuously improve the DCS.Successfully launched the system with Amadeus’s day 1 launch partner, Qantas, delivering a robust, scalable and operable solution.
