Supported a myriad of CM­‐related activities and assisted federal clients' information technology (IT)-­‐centric projects. As a CM Specialist, I served as a member of Adacel's Support Center team to fulfill Government/Contractor projects. The role required the management of the federal client assets, focusing on hardware and the customer's support agreement. Responsibilities included tracking, logging, categorizing, maintaining inventory systems and records of changes made to each of approximately 100 international locations supported.

Managing the Florida-based staff, equipment and logistics and operations for wireless data-gathering keypad events ranging in size from 10 - 10,000 people. On average, over 350 events took place annually. The company focus specialized in developing audience response products that created interactive meetings to inform, train and engage audiences at business meetings, educational forums, and town hall meetings.

Managing a variety of retail locations at the park's Port of Entry hub from the opening of Orlando's Universal Studios' Island of Adventure theme park,. I launched park's customer package pickup program, offering customers convenient claiming of a day's park purchases as they leave the park.
