World Trade Center overall head of cost department for entire WTC construction $5 billion + including all structures and capital costs. Headed 30 person department. Implemented new controls systems and presentations to the New York State Governor's Office. Exercised final change order signature. Under consulting CM contract to NY Port Authority to the NY Port Authority.Later while still with URS, ran the claims management and site coordination for the LAMCCC (Lower Manhattan Construction and Command Center) for demolition of a high rise building at the World Trade Center called the Deutche Bank Building. This was a consulting agreement for a very contentious contract with the Lower Manhattan Construction Command CenterHeaded self-perform construction of a police facility $50 mill facility with eight subcontractors.
