Retired from Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System with 31.5 years of total service. 10 years with Department of Corrections, 1 year with Department of Children's Services, and 20 years with Clarksville Fire Rescue finishing a Captain in the Fire Prevention and Investigation Division. I have been a Certified Fire Inspector since 1994. Over 700 commercial construction/renovation projects were inspected from the ground to Certificate of Occupancy. Proficient with inspections, investigations, root cause analysis, accident remediation, Fire protection devices of all types, critical incident response, NIMS, LOTO, Machine Commissioning, Hazardous Materials Response, Confined Space Entry, and many other items. Documentation can be provided. I also was part of a project management team in which a 3.5 million dollar savings was created for phase 2 construction in just the fire protection equipment alone.
