Currently, I serve as an Aeronautical Inspector in the UAS Division of the Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency (AESA) through INECO. In this role, my primary responsibility is to ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the operation of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) in Spain. My work involves the detailed inspection of aircraft, applying specialized knowledge of aviation regulations, and evaluating emerging technologies in the UAS sector. Additionally, I closely collaborate with other professionals in the field to ensure that operations are conducted safely and in accordance with current legislation. Initially hired to install the flight controller, my role at IMS Drones quickly evolved into a project management position. Leading a team of 3, our objective was to retrofit a flight controller onto an existing large VTOL drone, enabling it to transition smoothly from vertical flight drone to horizontal flight fixed wing drone, execute a flight path, and safely land vertically.Operating within tight constraints of budget and time, relying on my problem-solving skills to develop a comprehensive project plan. Despite the challenges, we successfully met all key performance indicators within the allocated resources and timeframe.This experience has been a lesson in the importance of adaptability and effective collaboration in achieving Drone project success. grateful for the opportunity to have played a pivotal role in this Drone project and am committed to continuous growth and contribution in the field of technological innovation.
