Currently, I serve as an Aeronautical Inspector in the UAS Division of the Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency (AESA) through INECO. In this role, my primary responsibility is to ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the operation of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) in Spain. My work involves the detailed inspection of aircraft, applying specialized knowledge of aviation regulations, and evaluating emerging technologies in the UAS sector. Additionally, I closely collaborate with other professionals in the field to ensure that operations are conducted safely and in accordance with current legislation. I am committed to the continuous improvement of aviation safety standards and proud to contribute to AESA's mission.

Initially hired to install the flight controller, my role at IMS Drones quickly evolved into a project management position. Leading a team of 3, our objective was to retrofit a flight controller onto an existing large VTOL drone, enabling it to transition smoothly from vertical flight drone to horizontal flight fixed wing drone, execute a flight path, and safely land vertically.Operating within tight constraints of budget and time, relying on my problem-solving skills to develop a comprehensive project plan. Despite the challenges, we successfully met all key performance indicators within the allocated resources and timeframe.This experience has been a lesson in the importance of adaptability and effective collaboration in achieving Drone project success. grateful for the opportunity to have played a pivotal role in this Drone project and am committed to continuous growth and contribution in the field of technological innovation.

Engineering: All aspects of Engineering with regard to the design, prototyping, testing, validation, and production of the AuxDron project, utilizing strong leadership skills and problem solving abilities to drive the project forward.Design: Working with the design department to create a drone from the ground up, implementing innovative improvements, modifications, and solutions in-house through effective communication with team members.Production: Preparing and implementing an assembly line in order to produce prototypes, implement improvements and modifications, and production of the final product, utilizing strong project management and time management skills.Testing: creating a test laboratory to effectively conduct performance testing of the drone and accumulate valuable data that could effectively be used to validate and improve the product through strategic planning and technical skills.Project management: Producing a series of plans, methods, and protocols to manage all aspects of the creation and production of the product, including Quality plans, engineering controls, method plans, and best practice methodology. Also controlling stock, suppliers, and financial controls through strong teamwork and results-oriented approach.Team Management: Managing the team to effectively utilize the teams’ individual skills and combine them in such a way as to achieve KPIs effectively through providing specialist training and support to team members.Business strategies: Plan and implement effective strategies to meet the business requirements through strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.Marketing: Assist the marketing department with effective translations and marketing material such as video and audio through utilizing strong communication skills.

It has become clear to me that the Drone industry is growing and I have decided to be part of it. Together with my Drone Pilots Licence, Aeronautical Engineering degree and experience setting up my own video production company I believe that I have the skills and drive to enter into these uncharted waters.
