Manage the hiring, evaluation and termination of other Experts as needed; track productivity for the Experts page for the company, creating daily and weekly reports; work with IT to find ways to increase productivity and also help with the implementation of new projects and campaigns; answer customers' questions using astrology, tarot and other forms of divination in a timely manner.

Answer customers' questions about love, romance, money, destiny, etc., referencing their astrological natal charts and Tarot cards.

As Managing Editor, I assemble content for the paper, write stories and perform layout functions for the weekly paper. I help too with distribution as a "paper boy" with a route. As a community activist, I work as a liaison for the Study Buddy Club, connecting Utica inner-city youth with tutors at Hamilton College, and also help to organize the membership of the Community Gardens.
