As Lead Engineer for the UK Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) program, my prime focus is on developing, maintaining, and upgrading these advanced artillery systems. The roll involves being the lead for design and integration of various UK subsystems, ensuring the MLRS meets operational requirements.I manage and mentor a multi skilled engineering team working on different components of the MLRS, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.I have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplined teams in the development, delivery, and management of complex projects within the Land Equipment Operating Centre. An effective communicator at all levels, I am customer focused and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced, high pressure environment ensuring all work is delivered to specifications on time, within budget and to the customers requirements.
