I am focused on building our team so that we can continue to help our users to understand human motion. This includes maintaining and developing Visual3D to keep pace with the variety of motion capture sensors being used today. It also includes developing brand new software tools to help users keep up with the continually increasing volume of biomechanical data being collected around the world.

I led a tight-knit team of software developers and biomechanical engineers to develop analytical software for a variety of motion capture sensors. This notably included:- Managing the acquisition of software IP from C-Motion, including Visual3D; and- Releasing Sift, a software application for managing and analysing large biomechanical datasets.

I worked both independently and in teams using C++ and Qt to develop Inspect3D, a software tool for managing and analyzing large motion capture datasets.

I was a member of the Queen's Discrete-Event Systems Lab, where I was a lead author or co-author for three different lab publications that were separate from my thesis work.I was the Head Teaching Assistant for ELEC 270 Discrete Mathematics with Computer Engineering Applications during the Winter 2021 semester. My responsibilities included: transforming tutorials for remote, synchronous delivery; organizing TA efforts; delivering weekly tutorials; and marking tests.I have also been a Teaching Assistant for ELEC 270 Discrete Mathematics with Computer Engineering Applications (Winter 2019, 2020 & 2022) and MNTC 313 Introduction to Programming (Fall 2020). My responsibilities in these courses included delivering weekly tutorials and marking tests.

I was the first Standards and Training Officer at the Canadian Space Operations Centre and joined the organization during its stand-up. I ed the Standards and Training section in writing the unit's first Qualification Standard, Training Plan, and lesson plans, and established both continuation training and professional development programs. I also helped to develop the unit's operational procedures alongside the unit's Watch Officer.

I deployed for six months to the United States Air Force's AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center.

I was an instructional staff member of 51 Aerospace Control & Warning (Operational Training) Squadron. I qualified as an Aerospace Controller Instructor and taught trainees in classroom, simulator, and live-fly scenarios as part of operational courses.

I was worked at 21 Aerospace Control & Warning Squadron where I was responsible for controlling military aircraft as part of a regular duty crew at the Canadian Air Defence Sector.

I deployed for six months with the United States Air Force's 71st Expeditionary Air Control Squadron.
