Budget, estimating, planning, and scheduling of the Electrical Engineering portion of proposed contracts as well as performance of trade and compatibility studies in support of systems selections are performed by Group personnel. Responsible for the production, review, and approval of all electrical and electronics related technical design products, including Technical Specifications, Vendor Procurement Documents, Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) Items, and Technical Detail Design Drawings (System One-Lines, Cable Block Diagrams, and Wiring Connection/hook-up Lists/Sheets), required for the installation and design-integration of all Electrical Systems into the aforementioned platforms. -

Other projects included shipboard trial card technical responses, MK41 Vertical Launch System (VLS) Integration, Combat Systems configuration management, alignment engineering, and training coordination for the Japanese FMS Cases. Provided technical consultation to Lockheed Martin Corporation in monitoring of ship readiness to support Combat Systems operation and test, as well as analysis of ship change and its impact on Combat Systems operation and test scheduling.

Varying levels of technical support were additionally provided to the WASP LHD 1 Class Amphibious Assault Ship Construction Program in similar areas.
