I have firsthand experience working with customers in an environment that had ever changing priorities. Multitasking was a must as we were engaged with both customers that deserved our attention and machines that would burn food without constant supervision. Although my coworkers and I were each focused on our own customers, we got into a routine of sharing and distributing our other duties.I have been both lead of group projects and in charge of a solo project. Back in high school I was team leader of a showcase in a computer maintenance class. I managed when and how we would make a custom chassis for a computer that would then be displayed at an after school event. On the solo end of this, I did five months of research ending in a formal proposal on a project that called for testing on how cortisol levels affected short term memory. This proposal took dedication and time management as it was done during a semester at UTSA while I had other classes that required my attention. I am, admittedly, new to Human Resources. What I lack in experience, I seek to make up for in eagerness, dedication to learning the business, and a commitment to making a career for myself in a field that lets me connect customers and new employees to the company.
