Managed operations of 10 Horizontal Vacuum casting machines and associated finishing operations with approximately 160 team members and sales ranging from 18 to 22 million dollars.Oversaw installation of 5 new Prince 800 ton Horizontal Vacuum casting presses and auxiliary equipment.Participated in team that developed Gibbs patented Semi-Solid casting process.
