Implementing and improving all FP&A processes are in his nature with high success rates in the businesses he has been involved in. Working Capital improvements and efficiencies also played a significant role in his highly successful career. Another significant highlight is the implementation of a Shared Service function by consolidating the Finance and Payroll functions across 3 legal entities and the management of a team of 35 after the implementation.
