Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .Net software applications and components. Provide timely, accurate and quality code design and construction for products. Other responsibilities include interviewing developer candidates, working closely with business analysts to create and assign user stories, mentor other developers, perform code reviews, provide on-call production support for all applications.Migrated company's main code repositories from un-maintained git server to Azure Devops and setup CI/CD for those products. Lead a team of 3 on a new product from start to finish for the company in response to the COVID pandemic in about 6 months. Currently leading a team of 6 on a project to replace an existing reporting and user management product. Also moving company's code bases to C# (.NET Core), Sql Azure, and ReactJS with Typescript from an assortment of other technology stacks to create a more unified coding experience.

Provide production consulting as an individual contributor and supervise projects ranging in length from 6 to 12 months. Communicate directly with clients to coordinate releases and gather requirements. Manage teams ranging from 2 to 5members. Mentor and assist other developers.Worked extensively with C# API backends (.NET Framework and .NET Core), Sql Server databases, SSRS, WinForms, WPF, WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, angularjs 1.x, and ReactJS with Typescript. Was also responsible for the initial setup of Azure DevOps for a few clients, include creating the initial organization, projects, code repositories and CI/CD pipelines.

Work with Client Services to manage assigned projects and work independently on those projects.
