I am motivated by improvement and development. I perform well in a team setting and also excel working alone. Most recently, I have been working as a research engineer at Braskem America on projects that focus on advancing global sustainability in industry through catalyst research and development. My background is in chemical engineering and mathematics with additional exposure to physics, polymer chemistry, and analytical chemistry. I have had opportunities to work with some of the greatest minds in the country to learn technical skills of research, such as polymer synthesis and reactor design, as well as presentation skills and collaboration. As my career advances and opportunity presents itself, I would like to leave behind an impact. Not just an impact in industry, but in the lives of those I interact with.
