Assisted in restructuring the company's accounting system and moving from cash to accrual. Assisted in negotiating and restructuring bank loans. This was accomplished by providing current and accurate financial statements and providing the bank with cash flow projections. Worked with the owner in gaining a better understanding of the company's financial statements. In the past twelve months Accounts Payable is now current and inventories are at sufficient levels in order to support increased sales. The accounting system is QB Pro Plus and updated to 2016. Light Speed Point of Sale is the sales and inventory system but not "yet" linked.
