Anzor is NZ’s leading supplier of stainless fasteners and fittings, being the preferred supplier to thousands of industrial and construction companies nationwide, and official supplier to Team New Zealand. Starting in 1993 with two staff, it now employs 150 staff across 12 branches in NZ and Australia. Achievements:• consistently employed staff who performed their roles to a high standard and were a good cultural fit;• contributed to Anzor’s significant growth as a result of the new staff I employed;• designed and implemented a performance management system which improved managers’ people management and employee performance;• wrote a variety of templates used to support each part of the HR process, including: job ads, interviewing, offers, employment agreements, policies, induction, performance management, and dealing with conduct issues;• helped design a sales process and CRM system to improve the results from each sales call;• led the marketing team to produce Anzor's catalogue and website (www.anzor.co.nz), each of which are regarded as the best in the market.

Accountable for:• recruitment of all staff;• establishment of company’s ‘core vales’, ‘core purpose’ and ‘BHAG’ (in conjunction with senior management colleagues);• formal performance management of particular staff members;• resolving misconduct and serious misconduct matters;• Anzor catalogue;• management of Anzor website;• other marketing activities.
