Built and directed a new Program Management Office: Established PMO organization structure, defined roles and responsibilities. Recruited and hired a high performing team supplemented by contract resources. Implemented PMO disciplines, tools, templates and standards based on best practice methodologies and PMI guidelines. Leveraged knowledge and extensive toolbox built over time from experience and education tailored to the NAMM environment and culture, to ensure all processes are value add activities.Governance and Portfolio Management: Worked with key executives to define organization wide value streams based on end-to-end (E2E) business processes. Sponsored PMO team members to become Lean Six Sigma certified and instituted Sprint execution based on Lean Agile processes, templates and tools. Coordinated Program and Project Management activities with newly created Product Management IT organization.Enterprise Process Management: Built a strong BA team within the PMO that greatly enhanced the company’s business and systems analysis capabilities and documentation of business process flows, data flows, application system and report inventories.IT Financial Management: Coached and mentored a Senior Portfolio Analyst responsible for forecasting, tracking and reporting all IT and non-IT project capital and expense amounts to divisional and corporate finance. Designed and implemented a time tracking system integrated with Resource Management and budgeting applications to provide variance reporting against baselines and forecasts.

- As a member of the PMO team, implemented a corporate Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system (Planview) and the improvements over templates and deliverables associated with the SDLC framework. Led re-engineering efforts to streamline the IT PMO Stage Gate process. - Managed project to migrate data and convert workflow processes and procedures from an acquired companies legacy document management system onto the corporate Enterprise Document Management (EDMS) standard. - Managed Agile project for the conversion of Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to the Salesforce.com Service Cloud application. - Led Information Access Management (IAM) project team, utilized agile principles to identify opportunities and establish recommended solutions for North American business units. - As Program Manager I partnered with the Legal department in the implementation of a corporate wide e-Discovery system. This program included negotiating a contract with the consulting firm of Jordan Lawrence to provide tools and thought leadership in the development of a new Records Retention Policy and Schedule.

- Led a Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) workflow managementproject as part of an M&A program for Abbott Labs.- Managed GxP projects leveraging currently implemented SAP Manufacturing, Purchasing and Supply Chain systems and procedures for implementation into other divisions for a medical device manufacturer. - Engagement Manager for ERP implementation at Sara Lee Foods (State Fair Foods Division) including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Third Party Logistics, Financial and Cost Accounting - Directed multi-company Order-to-Cash program to merge unique business processes and ERP systems of three divisions of Sara Lee Foods onto a common platform using standardized policies and procedures.– Audited system implementations and performed business process consulting for multi-plant, multi-country ERP system implementations in Latin America for Kimberly-Clark's Paper division. – Managed project team responsible for the review and assessment of corporate systems followed by the preparation of a Request for Proposal (RFP), vendor selection, and contract negotiations leading to the acquisition of a new corporate ERP system for a multi-national apparel manufacturer, Williamson Dickie.- Selected by Williamson Dickie as the Program Manager to lead a dedicated team of over 20 internal and external resources on implementation of enterprise-wide international, multi-plant systems. These systems included: - Financial and Cost Accounting; - Demand Management; EDI; - Order Management supporting centralized and remote call centers; - Supply Chain; Manufacturing; Warehouse Management - Integration to an automated pick-to-light Central Distribution Center (CDC); - Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) to Regional Distribution Centers.
