About Richard Parker

My passion has always been to support and help develop others to achieve their best. Having spent over 25 years as a CEO, senior leader, coach, mentor and teacher, I now work with clients across all sectors to help them create performance environments. I have specific experience in transforming organisations, developing people and leading teams.Sport has also been a central pillar in my life and having been behind the scenes in 9 Olympics/Paralympics, I now hope to use some of this knowledge and experience as a volunteer Chair, to unleash the power of sport and activity to help people from all walks of life.My final passion is to support my family as the pursue their interests and journey of exploration.
