Support Middle East Regional Operations Center to meet its recruitment needs in order to achieve contractual agreements. Oversee recruiting for support and security positions, both mobile and fixed site as contractually required. Required to teach sourcing techniques, prescreening, schedule and conduct interviews. Utilized numerous recruiting methods to attract potential candidates. Worked closely with hiring managers and project managers on specific openings to identify the ideal candidates for the position. Review resumes, bios and credentials for appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to position requirements before submitting packets to the customers for final approval (QAQC). The positions I specifically recruited for were: Program Managers, Deputy Program Managers, Intelligence Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, Doctors and Medical Staff, Information Technology Specialists of all varying degrees, Proposal Writers, Protective Services Detail Members of all varying degrees.Thoroughly examine all WPS/Contract elements and map all requirements to the specified volumes of the technical work. For this position I was responsible for recruiting for a variety of engineer positions within Caterpillar Inc such as: Reliability Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineers (of all kinds), Supplier Development Engineers, Development Technicians both A and B, Senior Associate Engineers 20 - 22, Hydraulic Engineers, Design Engineers for Roll Over Protective Structures and Cab Design, SAP Project Consultants, as well as IT Consultants. One of my main responsibilities was recruiting for Cat Electronics for a multitude of positions. During my time at Volt I was successful in hiring 90 % of the positions assigned to me and had several interviews lined up for the positions remaining open. I was responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling qualified candidates with the appropriate work director.

For this position I was responsible for recruiting specifically for the following positions: Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Engineer Technicians, Engineering Support Technicians, Instrumentation Technicians, Calibration Technicians, Prototype Assembly Technicians, Fuel Systems Technicians, as well as Diesel Test Cell Operators. I was responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling qualified candidates with the appropriate hiring manager. During my 8 months with ATS for this position over 70 candidates were hired as a direct result my involvement.
