Business side Programme Manager for BBW's implementation of Oracle R12 EBS as part of the BB Group R12 Implementation in the UK. This was a full project lifecycle implementation of Oracle R12 EBS suite (Finance, Procurement, Projects, OTL, HR, Payroll, Self-Service) from Business Requirements through to Early Life Support and into Business as Usual. BBW have over the last number of years moved to a central back-office processing model with a business centre (share service centre) being created. This has resulted in a movement of all transactional processing to the business centre over the last 2 to 3 years. Over the past 3 to 6 months there has been a gradual move of certain roles and tasks that have been historically performed at head office and the final element of this move involves all transaction based roles and functions that are currently performed at head office, being relocated to the business centre (share service centre). At the same time, the existing financial control areas are being moved from head office to the business centre in order to better facilitate management and control of financial activities and to improve the control environment within BBW.

Covion Ltd was acquired in 2007 and to date has been left to operate autonomously as it was prior to the acquisition. As the company has reached the critical mass and size which may be hindering further growth, it has been decided that in order to take advantage of being part of a bigger group, a number of changes were required.
