We Are Waterloo BID board member.- Commissioning manager for Southwark Council’s construction apprenticeship scheme, St Giles Youth Fund and vulnerable young people’s projects, and the Inspired to Work 18-24 programme. Member of Southwark’s Youth Employment Forum.

- Development and review of the OCC transition plan, strategic plan and annual plan, ensuring that a strategic timetable was in place and adhered to. Transition plan and delivery externally audited to ‘Full Assurance’ by Deloitte.- Lead on programme and project management planning, procurement and contract management, and business assurance across the OCC, which is charged by the Secretary of State for Education to promote and protect children’s rights.- Oversight and evaluation of the Risk Management Framework and Strategy, Information Management Strategy, Performance Management Strategy, and the Internal Audit.

- Developed and performance managed Westminster's Sure Start Children’s Centres for Phase 3, from commissioning, consultation and design, to designation and service delivery, completing the local offer of universal provision to all 0-5 year olds. - Member of the three locality boards with lead for performance for Westminster Children’s Centres; Chair of Phase 3 Delivery Groups.- Chair of Westminster’s Early Access and Support Team (EAST) for Phase 3. Provided a systematic approach to early intervention and integrated support for families, including targeted support for complex needs.

- Performance managed the ten Hertfordshire Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships’ delivery of 15% reduction in volume crime by 2008. Challenged performance of council Chief Executives, police Area Commanders, and senior partners from the Probation Service and NHS on a monthly basis; reviewed progress against crime reduction milestones and initiated remedial action.
