I provide expert advice, analysis, and leadership to a variety of financial managment and information technology projects across CGI's portfolio of US federal clients.I was the functional lead for the Department of Justice's enterprise-wide ERP system's pilot implementation. I worked closely with client management and subject matter experts to document as-is and to-be business processes, and architected solutions to leverage COTS software to meet their business needs. The pilot was completed on time and on budget, and the program is successfully being implemented across DOJ.I served as an integration manager for the Securities and Exchange Commission's ERP system. I led efforts to develop various interfaces, automate fine and penalty accounting, and develop and deliver training to end users on newly automated functionality.

I was responsible for all of the NRC's financial systems, including the core financial system, cost accounting system, license fee systems, and fixed asset systems. Provided user support and strategic planning. Also oversaw the budgets for all financial systems, security planning, disaster recovery planning, and certification and accredidation.

I worked with my neighbors to manage our Homeowners Association.

I worked with a variety of federal agencies to resolve complex financial management issues, including a violation of the Anti-defeciency Act originating 30 years earler, applying federal cost accounting and appropriations law principles for an intel agency that sold goods it manufactured to other similar agencies, and assisted the Department of Education develop a process to track and properly record student payments for college loans.

I served as a financial accountant in EPA's Office of the Chief Financial Officer. I worked with EPA's general ledger, external reports, and financial systems.
