*Responsible for manually charging reactors and vessels.*Prepare equipment for lock out/tag out.*Weigh in raw materials trucks and offload products.*Package products to drums, totes and trucks for delivery to customers.*Document plant equipment readings throughout the shift.*Monitor maintenance activity.*Operate batch process via Yokagawa DCS.*Pull product samples and run analysis in lab.*Maintain good communication with DCS operator.*Member on the emergency response team.

*Remotely operate batch and continuous processes throughout the plant.*Troubleshoot process equipment including columns, reactors, furnaces, drums, tanks, hoppers, pumps, filters, chillers, HVAC and all associates equipment.*Responsible for the safe inventory, start up and shutdown of all processes via Honeywell DCS.*Maintain good communication with shift Foreman and field operators.*Advise field operators on when to retrieve routine and specialized samples.*Maintain designed operating parameters to ensure product quality, throughput and safety.*Communicate with lab personnel to retrieve sample results.*Evaluate sample results to make process adjustments and transfer qualified product to storage tanks.*Coordinate maintenance with all departments to ensure timely and safe repairs.*Train board operators on all aspects of DCS operations.*Coordinate with board operators to maintain desired throughput.*Troubleshoot and advise board operators on necessary adjustments when product is out of spec.*Update and develop operating procedures.*Maintain a thorough knowledge of all environmental, safety and work related practices.*Member of the volunteer emergency response team.*Evaluate and respond to process alarms.*Troubleshoot control valves as well as pressure, level and temperature transmitters.*Monitor tanks for desired levels, pressures and temperatures.**Products handled: STF gas, Silane gas, Hydride slurry, SAF slurry, Sodium, Aluminum, TEA, Hydrogen, DME, Toluene, Cryogenic N2 and Argon.
