As the Multi-Project Manager (MPM), I am directly responsible for managing large Global and Regional IT projects whose implementation spans multiple markets in North and South America, including associated budget, planning, steering, tracking, analytics, resource allocation, and communication. I am responsible for establishing organizational readiness and driving change management activities necessary for the successful implementation of the regions entire IT project portfolio and non-MPM projects (single market implementations). This is to include steering the entire regional IT project portfolio to deliver quality assurance of time, cost, quality and resources.

Initially a Sr. Software Engineer, I quickly became responsible first for other developers who worked within the Microsoft toolsets and languages. As I rapidly developed into a software architect, who could design solutions that could span multiple technologies and subject matter areas, I also became responsible for additional teams of developers who worked with Java, Notes, Delphi, etc.; not to mention various database and messaging engines. I naturally worked well with sales staff, and having both the resource management and technical architecture understanding, I often partnered with the sales staff to define and staff solutions development.
