He also restructured MLP China development centre as a global capability with a service focus and standardised processes. Richard has also set up, grown a digital marketing agency which was sold to a global network. Richard has deep experience across all design and build workstreams, including strategy, data, UX, design, architecture, development, testing, and operations. He is adept at shaping and defining the project approach to deliver against the clients objectives and commercial budgets, including: ways of working, project structure, and organisation. Richard is an expert in agile ways of working having trained with Ken Schwaber in 2004 and practiced SCRUM agile approach since. This includes coaching clients and internal teams to setup and optimise agile ways of working across design and technology teams.In addition, he has led technical teams through technical design, build, integration, launch, and transition to BAU operations. He has setup BAU operations following the ITIL framework to integrate with enterprise-level 24x7 against tight SLAs. Richard's consulting skills include organisational change and business process mapping.
