Build and manage a high-performance product management team focused on the delivery of best-in-class products and services and services to maintain our competitive advantage. Curate and manage the platform roadmap, which aligns with business strategy, delivers product market fit, underpinned by a strong value proposition. Oversee the management of each product’s P+L performance, to measure PMF and ROI. Identify and build smart product partnerships to drive customer value to the platform. Work closely with key stakeholders to define, deliver and communicate product strategy.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services and solutions to clients. Ensure services align with client expectations, contracts, and service level agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Act as a primary point of contact for escalated issues and resolutions. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance. Direct the planning, execution, and monitoring of consulting projects.

Oversee, promote and qualify a full portfolio of services into global accounts. Responsible for design of complex resourcing, services and transformation of technical solutions in response to customer demand, business and technical requirements. Work collaboratively with Account Managers to seek out new business opportunities on new and existing clients. Build personal and technical relationships with key managers, sales and technical teams within the client base on a pro-active basis. Develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally.

Analyze customer needs and make them into requirements. Work with internal teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and operations. Assess new products and companies to measure their potential value. Look into competitors and conduct capability analyses regularly. Organize and implement internal and customer training on how to use the product. Answer questions related to the product and its capabilities. Evaluate and deal with technical risks. Work with data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.

Oversee project scope and timeline, collaborating with team members to remove obstacles and ensure efficient development. Implement agile and scrum methodologies, providing coaching and mentorship. Facilitate communication, uphold agile principles, and ensure iterative delivery of solutions. Introduce agile engineering practices to meet quality standards. Assist with the product backlog and promptly address risks. Teach and enforce scrum practices, adapting plans to align with evolving project goals.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
